2008 Benefit Dinner

19! Guest chef Deb Schwarz of Terry's Landing
Catering will
be
preparing a gourmet dinner for the Art Center's
Annual Benefit Dinner.
This five-course meal, served at the Miles City Town and
Country Club, begins with champagne, hors d'oeuvres
including pork tenderloin canapé with smoked raspberry
chipotle sauce, shrimp canapé with Hawaiian horseradish,
piped crudités & beef stroganov bites and a no-host
cocktail-hour at 6pm. Guests will be seated for dinner at 7pm.
Dinner will begin with suimono soup, followed by a salad
of spinach, bacon, strawberries, mushrooms, red onions,
chevre cheese, toasted walnuts and raspberry
vinaigrette, petite pain and fresh lemon sorbet.
The night's entree will feature marinated beef
tenderloin served with garlic peppercorn sauce,
garnished with steamed baby red potatoes with parsley
sauce and steamed spring vegetables including baby
French green beans, green top baby carrots, snow peas,
red onions and chives in butter sauce. A chocolate
mousse torte inside devil's food cake served with fresh
raspberries and whipped cream will complete the dinner. Dinner
wines and musician Tucker Bolton will accompany the
evening.
Reservations
for seating and dinner tickets are available by calling
the Art Center at 234-0635. Tickets are $75 per
person. Please reserve your place by April 12.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will support educational
programs and exhibits for the Art Center. |
